Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, the Early Careers Team Lead plays a key role in implementing the early careers programme of the Forvis Mazars People Strategy. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and graduates, focusing on attracting and engaging top, diverse talent to our firm. They will be responsible for developing and building on our existing programme and leading our high-performing early careers team.
