KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma Qualified in Early Childhood Education
Previous experience as a Room leader in a childcare setting
Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates, Current Working with Children’s Check

As an Early Childhood Room Leader you will be working with the wider team to ensure children at Centre are inspired to learn in a positive safe environment.
Responsible for the guidance/support/direction/ and supervision of staff, students and volunteers working within the Childcare service.
To promote positive parent, centre and staff relationships.
Develop the Children’s Program (reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines).
Maintain compliance with the OH&S Policy, ensure a safe environment is maintained for Children and staff.
