Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
- Permanent Full time position in the Pre-School room
- Guide and mentor a team of educators to thrive within their role
- Develop the curriculum of the service to create exciting and stimulating opportunities for learning
- Collaborate with an experienced Diploma and ECT at the service to form a nurturing environment for children between the ages of 0-5
- Form lasting relationships with families and members of the local community
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- A willingness to learn and grow alongside a collaborative team
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYLF
