As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you’re achieving optimal outcomes for children.

Picture this: Eight vibrant playrooms designed to ignite imaginations and foster learning, complemented by a sprawling outdoor playground where laughter echoes and friendships blossom. Located smack dab in the heart of Elara, right across from the brand-new Northbourne Public School, convenience is key for busy families. Plus, with bus stops just a hop, skip, and a jump away, connecting to Rouse Hill, Mount Druitt, and Blacktown couldn’t be easier.

Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
