SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standard/Framework (NQS/NQF).
Experience designing and implementing engaging programs that prepare children for school and foster their development.
Known for maintaining high standards in curriculum, documentation, and classroom management.
Holds the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team, embracing feedback and reflecting on best practices.
Creates a welcoming, safe, inviting experience for children to play within your learning environment.
