We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring professional who is keen to be part of the Early Help Team.
A key purpose of this role is to provide early, targeted support and challenge as part of an integrated approach to prevent family problems from escalating and to bring about sustainable behavioural change, increasing the resilience of the family, improving outcomes and decreasing dependency on public services.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of targeted Early Help services which will achieve and sustain positive outcomes for families across the North Hull area. You will be working predominantly with children and young people aged 0 – 11 years and their families as part of an integrated, multi-agency Family Hub.

Experience of working with children and families, completing assessments to identify needs and knowledge of multi-agency working is required.
This is an opportunity to contribute to improving outcomes for children and families in Hull and will enable the successful candidate to make a real difference in people’s lives.
