Early Years Housekeeper

Nursery: Bright Horizons Springfield Lodge Dartford Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: £11.15 - £11.75 per hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Dartford
We are looking for a part time, nursery-based Housekeeper to join our Bright Horizons Springfield Lodge Dartford nursery working 15 hours per week, 4.30pm - 7.30pm.

• Keep the Nursery a clean and safe environment for the children, staff and families
• Encourage and model behaviour, which is appropriate in a child environment, being professional at all times
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene of the children’s bathroom and nappy change areas throughout the day
• To carry out daily laundry duties as required
• To respond appropriately to issues requiring confidentiality, for example being aware of personal information regarding children
• Be prepared to help where needed, including undertaking of certain domestic tasks within the nursery e.g. supporting over meal times and cleaning of equipment
