Description:

If successful this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £21.90. Before applying for a secondment opportunity please familiarise yourself with the Trust secondment policy (found on the intranet) and ensure that you have discussed and gained approval from your current line manager Recruit and support individuals to participate in an empowered and meaningfully engaged network of people affected by persistent pain in Stockport Lead on patient/family and carer discussions, both 1:1 and group base Develop and evaluate resources required to support people affected by persistent pain in the involvement and co-design proces Contribute to the maintenance of patient documentation, records and statistical information to reflect care provide Raise the profile of the importance of meaningful involvement of and engagement with people affected by persistent pai Ensure people affected by persistent pain are involved in a meaningful and consistent way, following best practice, within the projects programme of wor Monitor and evaluate quality and performance in line with national community engagement standard Maintain an active network across the project teams and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency and shared learnin Support the Transformation Project Manager in producing reports, evaluating processes and ensuring the successful delivery of the key project aims/objective Lead on the development of policies and protocols in relation to patient involvement.
Support the Project Manager in the ongoing development and preparation of the project plan and take forward sometimes complex workstreams as delegated by the Project Manage
