Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re in search of a driven and meticulous eCommerce Coordinator to become part of our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in overseeing and supervising online sales, collaborating closely with various teams to boost revenue and enrich the customer journey. Reporting to the Senior eCommerce Manager, your analytical prowess will be utilized to offer valuable insights and support data-informed decisions. Additionally, you’ll team up with marketing agencies and e-commerce partners to execute digital marketing plans, enhance our online platforms, and attract new customers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Assist in building and executing the digital commerce strategy.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, affiliates, email marketing, social media promotions, and SEO strategies.
- Monitor own and retailer websites’ analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Coordinate and execute promotional activities across own and retailer websites to maximise visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Review and optimise digital content for precise, consistent, and compelling communication across online channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse e-commerce data to measure campaign success, identify opportunities, and analyse purchasing behaviour and customer journeys.
