The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing the content and optimizing the YETI Australia & New Zealand websites and B2B portal. The role requires an understanding of Shopify and will work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams to ensure the website is up-to-date and aligned with the overall ecommerce strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all product, category and brand information is accurate and complete on the YETI AU / NZ website
  • Support management of ecommerce stock levels to ensure adequate stock for launches, limited edition and core products
  • Maintain on site information critical to optimizing the SEO strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure products are launched in line with go-to-market schedules with full product information
  • Coordinate website health check fixes (SEO, UI/UX, best practise, site performance) and report on performance
  • Day-to-day maintenance of the website such as product links, search rules, product attributes, images & videos
  • Help to ensure all SKUs are set up accurately including naming convention, product attributes, pricing, images, etc. by following best practice and conducting regular audits
  • Support UAT for future developments and enhancements
  • Participate and contribute to weekly performance reviews and quarterly deep dives utilising analytics from Shopify, Google Analytics and other relevant platforms
  • Ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar eCommerce role
  • Ecommerce experience (ideally with Shopify)
  • Image editing skills is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment
  • Attention to detail and self-motivated
