The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution, maintenance, and optimization of the YETI Australia & New Zealand DTC websites and B2B portal. This role is an individual contributor focused on operational excellence, accuracy, and continuous improvement across ecommerce content and onsite performance. The role requires a working knowledge of Shopify and strong attention to detail, partnering closely with Marketing, Customer Experience and Operations teams to ensure the site is accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with YETI’s broader ecommerce and go‑to‑market strategies. This position supports ecommerce initiatives through execution and analysis, while developing deeper technical and commercial understanding under guidance from senior ecommerce stakeholders. Responsibilities: Website & Content Management Ensure all product, category, and brand information on the YETI AU/NZ websites is accurate, complete, and up to date Manage day‑to‑day website maintenance including: Product links and navigation Search rules and filters Product attributes and metadata Images, videos, and supporting content Maintain onsite information critical to SEO performance, following established best practices Product & Launch Support Collaborate cross‑functionally to support product launches in line with go‑to‑market timelines, ensuring full and accurate product setup prior to launch Support ecommerce stock management, ensuring appropriate inventory availability for: New launches Limited edition products Core assortments Help ensure all SKUs are set up accurately, including naming conventions, pricing, attributes, and imagery, conducting regular audits to identify and resolve issues Site Performance & Optimization Coordinate and track website health‑check fixes across: SEO UI/UX best practices Site performance and hygiene Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new site features, enhancements, and platform updates Participate in weekly performance reviews and quarterly deep dives, using insights from: Shopify Google Analytics Other relevant ecommerce tools Reporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare and contribute to performance reporting, highlighting issues, trends, and opportunities Support ongoing optimization initiatives through testing, analysis, and execution Assist with ad hoc ecommerce projects as required Qualifications and Attributes: 2+ years’ experience in a similar ecommerce or digital role Hands‑on ecommerce experience, ideally with Shopify Familiarity with ecommerce analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) Basic image editing skills are advantageous Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Well‑developed organisational and time‑management skills Clear and effective communication and collaboration skills Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, creative environment Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback and guidance Benefits & Perks: Click here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.
