WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Thanks to your academic background, either a Bachelor or Master in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, along with 4 to 6 years of professional experience, you will be well-prepared for this role. Your experience in E-Commerce, ideally Direct-to-Consumer, and CRM tools will be invaluable. Your natural curiosity, eagerness to learn, and strong project management skills, combined with a proactive attitude, will set you apart.
You will utilize your proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, to manage various tasks effectively. Your familiarity with eCommerce tools such as E-Content management and PIM eStore tracking will be beneficial, enabling you to navigate and optimize digital platforms with ease.
In terms of language skills, professional proficiency in English is essential, ensuring clear and effective communication. Fluency in additional languages will be advantageous, broadening your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and markets.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for an eCommerce Direct to Consumer (D2C) Specialist to Supports the Group eCommerce team to define D2C business models and guidelines.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Thanks to your expertise, you will drive the Ferrero Group strategy around Direct to Consumer business models, including flagship stores on available platforms and direct retail models. You will collaborate with current D2C stakeholders and Area teams to define and roll-out the online strategy, ensuring the full potential is assessed and realized. Your role will be to support the roadmap to scale current eD2C models in scope and geography where relevant.
You will partner with the Global eCategory/eMerchandiser Manager to identify “online exclusive” propositions for our D2C models. In partnership with key local markets, eCommerce Category, and eCommerce Data managers, you will codify the principles of winning in D2C, focusing on profitable operations, exceptional shopper experiences, merchandising, inventory forecasting, planning, and analytics. Your efforts will deploy and execute scalable D2C solutions in lead markets, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support strategy deployment.
Ensuring an excellent customer and user experience on eShop will be a key aspect of your role, involving coordination of back-end operations with external partners. You will capture and develop Social Commerce opportunities with partners like Meta and Tiktok, driving traffic to Ferrero eShops. Analyzing and managing business data to generate insights for personalized calls to action will be essential, along with owning the shopper relationship and supporting D2C business decision-making. Additionally, you will assist key markets in rolling out and executing innovative business models.
