Right now, we need to strengthen our eCommerce team with an experienced Digital Project Manager to help drive our growth and support the delivery of our corporate digital strategy.

YOU PROBABLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3 years experience of working with complex eCommerce- and/or ERP-projects
  • Degree within IT/Computer Science or Management
  • Project Management: You have the ability to plan, lead and execute approved development projects together with internal and external resources
  • Reporting: You are structured and can document, deliver and present project performance reports
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Our eCommerce Department serves as a business unit that oversees and manages the entire digital customer life cycle – covering everything from customer acquisition, online sales as well as post purchase activities. As our Project Manager within our eCommerce department, you will thus be involved in large variety of projects and activities related to any of our digital customer touchpoints. Our ambition is to increase our overall digital presence and provide best-in-class digital experience for our customers. Your focus as a Digital Project Manager will be to lead digital projects with an aim to increase website activity, improve customer usability and optimize sales conversion. You will be assigned different projects and collaborate with various stakeholders and lead and manage both internal and external resources effectively. You will also be pushed to drive your own initiatives and to actively seek out new digital improvement opportunities as well as challenge existing processes and solutions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project management: plan, lead and execute approved development projects together with internal and external resources
  • Reporting: Manage and deliver project performance reports
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure viable maintenance of projects and systems through successful handover to QA/Operations
  • Business Case analysis: investigate the feasibility and economics of different digital improvement opportunities/projects
