POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Stanley Direct-to-Consumer team is growing, and we are seeking an eCommerce Insights & Analytics Manager. In this role, you will use your curiosity and analytical skills to create processes and tools that support data-driven recommendations, drive business results and share insights about the eCommerce business across the organization. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of experience working in an eCommerce experience/direct-to-consumer environment.
  • 3+ years of business intelligence experience; strong analytical skills and demonstrated expertise building dashboards, reports, and analyses by synthesizing data from multiple sources.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Deep experience with Google Analytics 4 and data visualization/analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI; Shopify+ experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create reports that provide a comprehensive view of Stanley’s eCommerce business.
  • Build scalable, repeatable reporting processes to provide the eCommerce team with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business metrics.
  • Clearly communicate data and insights in a concise and decision-impacting manner through visualizations, presentations, and written reports at all levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, commercial, IT, and finance to analyze and interpret data for strategic decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve eCommerce results, optimize channel-level activities, and support the development of broader eCommerce strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis, including segmentation, consumer profiling, and trend forecasting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve the quality and relevance of reporting.
