- E-commerce Strategy & Multi-Channel Management: Drive experience across platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.) with 20% YoY growth
- Content Optimization & Merchandising Collaboration: Improve content, work with merchandising to target 10% quarterly conversion growth
- Channel Advisor (Rithum) & Error Handling: Ensure 95% product optimization, validate templates, address 95% error responses within 48 hours
- Communication & Strategic PlanningL Bi-weekly check-ins: with major marketplaces; Present a view of priorities during weekly meetings; execute on ROCKS
