Responsibilities:

  • Updating the seasonal product catalogue tracker for Ecommerce, communicating asset requirements and priorities to the Ecommerce Visual Producer
  • Working with the Brand Editor to ensure product descriptions are briefed, scheduled, and sent to translation for return ahead of publishing schedule
  • Taking ownership of the product catalogue process and publishing schedule across the sites, liaising with Merchandising to take note of stock drop dates and replenishments and communicating launch dates and reports to the business
  • Supporting with amending product pages when detail changes are required or requested
  • Taking ownership of site walking and live testing when launching new products and campaigns
  • Utilising insights from sales reporting, site search results and analytics tools to optimise product discovery, up-selling and cross-selling
  • Working with the Trading, Merchandising and Customer Service teams to understand and address where issues or lack of clarity may contribute to increased returns rates and a decrease in customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring all products are accurately and logically mapped to specific filters, reviewing discovery and path to purchase user journeys to ensure the site is reducing friction as much as possible
  • Taking ownership of visual merchandising to ensure an optimised display of product that balances both brand communication and conversion needs, updating regularly in line with site refreshes and email and social focuses
  • Working with the Growth and Acquisition Manager to ensure SEO requirements are fulfilled and serve localised needs
  • Driving the performance of the catalogue forward; analysing and communicating insights regarding experience, engagement and conversion, looking to competitors and taking note of innovation in the industry
  • Keeping up to date on industry news and digital trends, feeding back on any ideas that could help transform the wider Ecommerce business
