REQUIREMENTS:

• Detail-oriented individual who has a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Good time management skills and able to keep to the deadlines
• Previous experience working as a designer with an e-commerce background with at least 2 year of relevant experience in Marketplace Platforms or Shopify ecommerce.
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects or any other editing software.
• Knowledge in product photography is optional

We are a Singapore-based startup looking for a highly motivated individual to join our eCommerce team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and operate e-Commerce platform, including banner design and discount setting
• Touch up and loading of new products images(Preferably knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Conduct regular pricing checks
• Monitoring inventory levels and submitting orders to the warehouse
• Respond to platform chat to address customers’ queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the team to develop and execute online marketing materials (eg. Web Banners) for promotions on ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Facebook, Shopify and Tik Tok.
• Monitor and coordinate the production of promotional materials, for all sales and marketing purposes.
• Maintenance & updating of E-Commerce platform for new product uploads and overall webstore maintenance
• Creating artwork for new products, advertisements, product packaging and logos etc with the use of graphic software (eg. Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Maintaining Brand Image and Video Library
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks
