Description:

KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking an eDiscovery Consultant and Technologist for an exciting new opportunity.
As eDiscovery Technologist on our Product and Machine Learning Team, you will provide consulting, implementation and ongoing support to clients utilizing a wide array of analytics tools including Predictive Coding (Technology Assisted Review) and Brainspace. Engagements include working directly with our clients, Project Managers, and other internal departments to design and implement solutions to meet client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4 years of document review management, litigation support or other legal industry experience with proficiency in Brainspace, Relativity analytics and Predictive Coding
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to proactively resolve technical issues with eDiscovery and/or KLDiscovery applications
  • Apply the knowledge and skills required to perform at the highest level to service our clients

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional consulting, support and service to external clients including but not limited to the installation, configuration, access, use, and troubleshooting of KLDiscovery applications, with a focus on Predictive Coding (PC), Relativity analytics and Brainspace
  • In conjunction with others in the Client Services Department, advise Project Managers and Review Managers on best practices in the tactical use of KLDiscovery applications for specific clients
  • Develop and implement improvements to KLDiscovery applications, involving research and documentation
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external clients to successfully accomplish technical support objectives portraying knowledge and confidence
