JOB SUMMARY
The primary role of the Education Consultant is to work with educators, administrators, and students in the K-12 marketplace to deliver consultative work sessions on various Franklin Covey solutions. Our consultants will work with schools to determine their needs, recommend coaching and training solutions, deliver single and multi-day work sessions. Through training, this individual will acquire expertise on Franklin Covey offerings including tools, work sessions and training components for our solutions. This is an on-call opportunity with most delivery opportunities coming during the summer months. To learn more about our Education Solutions, please visit www.theleaderinme.org.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years in K-12 Education
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience as a building Principal and/or district level administrator.
- Experience with Leader in Me implementation.
- Knowledge of “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.”
- Engaging workshop facilitation experience.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Attention to fine details, logistics, calendar management, & the ability to coordinate communication among several parties.
- Deep comfort level with technology including but not limited to; Outlook, PowerPoint, Zoom, Leader in Me Online.
- High degree of energy, patience, empathy, & personal maturity with a strong character.
- Location near a metropolitan city preferred for travel.
Compensation for this position includes a $700 daily rate.
