Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

As the Education Manager, you will drive and implement the annual training plan. Ensure all staff have a thorough understanding of brand, products, science, sales and service. Lead training KPI’s to drive the retail strategy and act as a Brand Ambassador to support PR and CRM events to build client loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for delivering product knowledge, selling and service strategies to Beauty Advisors.
  • educate the team on how to elevate the client’s skin to offer the correct treatment based on their needs.
  • Identify the training needs of Beauty Advisors to ensure excellent client service, strong selling skills, and goal achievement, especially within the first three months of employment.
  • Support the Beauty Advisor team in field via product knowledge refresh coaching and AOP and AOB technique training.
  • Motivate, lead and encourage Retail Coaches and Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop a coaching plan, in collaboration with the Retail Manager and Retail Coaches to improve performance and KPI’s.
  • Develop a training calendar in line with business needs, providing extensive details of the training program operations and maintenance.
  • Manage and control the Local education Budget to ensure the company gets the best return on investment and all budgets are managed in line with sales objectives.
