Description:
About the role
To provide administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the Association as part of the Secretariat team.
The Association will consist of three part-time administrative roles reporting to the General Manager.
Each Administration Officer will have delegated responsibilities and tasks but the team will be across all tasks and be able to fill in and assist each other.
Key purpose is as follows:
- Maintain good relations between the Association, its members and trainees
- Coordinate and manage the educational activities of the Association
- Assist the Board, General Manager and Committees
- General Administration as part of the Secretariat team
- Ensure timely support and communications with all stakeholders
- Respond to member enquiries promptly
- Manage all work in progress (WIP) and work pipelines
- Manage the Nuclear Medicine Continuous Assessment Program (CAP), including: liaison with Committee for Joint College Training in Nuclear Medicine (CJCT) regarding annual CAP assessment requirements for nuclear medicine advanced trainees
- Organisation of the annual AANMS Basic Sciences Course (BSC) in Nuclear Medicine
- Manage the Nuclear Medicine Training Site Accreditation Program, including: secretariat support for the AANMS Training Site Accreditation Committee (TSAC) and administration of the annual training site accreditation program
- Manage the nuclear medicine specialist credentialling process, including advice to all newly qualified nuclear medicine consultants and Medicare regarding credentialled specialists
- Coordination with the ANSZNM ASM Conference program Convenors in regards to the AANMS Registrar submissions and confirm judging panel
- As part of the Secretariat team: prepare correspondence, organise meetings and travel arrangements as required
- Maintain the AANMS website and member database
- Prepare reports, minutes, agendas and other meeting papers as directed
- Participate in regular team meetings to ensure the Secretariat remains on top of the workload and the distribution of tasks
- Perform membership-based activities including processing of membership applications, updating member details in the CRM, answering member enquiries and communication with members
