Responsibilities:
The Education Program Manager has responsibility for developing and implementing education initiatives to enhance workforce capability, pathways streams for employee development, skill capability progression, and the onboarding structure for staff.
Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager, this position will concentrate on delivering, coordinating, planning, and executing continuous education initiatives within Moran Homes (MH). The incumbent will hold overall responsibility for initiating activities to ensure the identification and fulfilment of both individual and organizational educational needs.
The Education Program Manager plays a vital and integral role within the Operations team, collaborating closely with the Clinical Governance Lead (CGL) while providing support to the General Managers (GM) and Care Managers (CM) across various homes.
