Joining Microsoft in the Enterprise Operating Unit (EOU) in the Western Europe (WE) Area as the Education Sales Lead, you will be responsible for partnering with our Country Education Leads to land a comprehensive Strategy focused on the needs of our Education customers; and working together STU, CSU, Business Operations and the Area Public Sector GM. You will be responsible in driving business operations, creating and managing short- and long-term business activities, driving organizational initiatives, and business process to meet strategic objectives and priorities.
The role requires strong leadership and organizational capabilities to coordinate at WE but also a strong engagement with our Country Education Teams across WE.
This Manager must have a blend of sales, strategy, business and financial acumen, planning, business management, communications, and program management skills to successfully support Education organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND strong years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing and/or driving business growth or customer digital transformation, sales management, or leadership
  • o OR Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or technology related field AND proven years experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing and/or driving business growth or customer digital transformation, sales management, or leadership
  • o OR equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Education sector customers
  • Multiple years of people management experience.
