ABOUT THE ROLE:

Within Curriculum Review and Enhancement, you will work with many stakeholders across the University in the ongoing development and delivery of our Education Annual Review (EAR) process.
The EAR process typically runs from November through to March. During each EAR we present a range of quantitative and qualitative evidence that enables the panel to engage in a data-led contextualised conversation with each academic department, exploring good practice and setting actions to address areas for improvement. Leading up to each meeting you will work with colleagues to guide and support them through the process, providing a high-level of insight into what the evidence is showing to enable them to successfully prepare. You will be required to service each meeting, generating the agreed actions and good practice in a well-written report. You will be a member of at least one Faculty Education Committee and be a key link to ensure appropriate and reasonable progress is being made on the agreed actions, stepping in to guide and support colleagues when needed.
You will also support the ongoing development and delivery of the End of Module Survey, which is operated through the University’s virtual learning environment (Moodle).
Please note that it is expected that all colleagues carry out cross-team and directorate work as and when required, such as supporting graduations, student enrolment and clearing.

FOR AN INFORMAL CONVERSATION ABOUT THE ROLE PLEASE CONTACT STUART CANNELL, HEAD OF CURRICULUM SERVICES (S.CANNELL@MMU.AC.UK).
