Hult International Business School is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Educational Consultant to join our dynamic Enrolment Team. Hult’s Germany Team is committed to taking Hult’s sales and marketing activities to new levels, and as a member of this team, you will play a key role in this and be rewarded for your drive, innovative ideas, and results based on a very clear set of KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Tourismous, Wirtschaft (business) or marketing
  • You love traveling, exploring cities and achieving your work targets while on the road
  • 0 to 2 years of Work Experience, willingness to strive in business development and recruitment
  • Work experience and market knowledge of the educational industry in Germany is a plus
  • International experience (professional or personal) and passionate to work in a multicultural environment
  • Strong commercial instinct
  • Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone manners and confidence in speaking on the phone
  • Poise to handle the pressure and demands of the industry in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • A flexible and positive outlook and growth mindset
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think outside of the box
  • Drive to meet targets and a “nothing is impossible” outlook
  • Fluent in both English and German

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the Enrollment Team, define and implement a go-to-market strategy to enroll internationally-minded, high-quality students from Germany and Central Europe interested in joining our globally ranked Hult’s postgraduate business programs
  • Represent Hult at various fairs, conferences, and events and host regional info sessions and “meet and greet” sessions in targeted cities (if and when travel is possible)
  • Advise prospective students in person or via telephone and guide them through the enrollment and admission process
  • Nurture relationships with prospective students from initial student contact through to their arrival in class
