We are currently looking for an Educational Operations specialist with expertise in EdTech companies who will help us to develop our onboarding and training system for our educational team of experts.

Requirements:

• Experience in onboarding and training teams and monitoring team performance.
• Experience in educational digital product / company, including working with educational and technology teams.
• Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Mindset to automize some processes and scale them.
• Analytical skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Experience in educational technology, online learning, or a related industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

What you will do::

• Collaborate with a team of about +30 experts of the educational team (tutors & instructors) from Data Analytics, Web-Development and QA engineer field focused on quality control.
• Track KPIs and monitor experts performance.
• Design and implement trainings for our experts.
• Implement assessment criteria.
• Participate in the hiring process for our educational team.
• Handle experts administrative issues.
• Grow our experts community engagement.
• Create and support education practice initiatives (international webinars/grads calls)
• Constantly work with the educational team to improve our product, metrics and team quality.
• Automate the current processes in an Educational team.
