QUALIFICATIONS

• Post-secondary 3-year diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology/Science, Programming, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years’ of system-level administration experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Brightspace) and other enterprise-level learning/information systems in a post-secondary environment
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience researching, planning, and conducting Educational Technology pilots or related learning/information systems pilots in a post-secondary environment
• Experience designing and delivering training on educational technologies for faculty and students
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
