Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary 3-year diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology/Science, Programming, Educational Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years’ of system-level administration experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Brightspace) and other enterprise-level learning/information systems in a post-secondary environment
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience researching, planning, and conducting Educational Technology pilots or related learning/information systems pilots in a post-secondary environment
- Experience designing and delivering training on educational technologies for faculty and students
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
