Description:

Key Accountabilities
The Accommodation Supervisor under the delegation of the Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible to supervise the assigned camp, 24 x 7 along with a team to maintain effective administration, observe employee behaviour and to resolve any issue that may occur in the camps.
vAllocate employees into rooms as per the staff allocation list to ensure smooth induction of new employees.
vCoordinate with the Recruitment team on new staff training and arrival to the office premises.
vPrepare weekly reports on daily activities at the camp covering hygiene, safety, security, maintenance, employee behaviours, occupancy, accounts, budget etc.
vMonitor staff behaviour in line with the established code of conduct and to immediately address any on site occurrence of misconduct and ensure it is immediately escalated to theSeniorHuman Resources Manager.
vEnsure employees who are unwell due to accident or escalated sickness receive immediate first aid and are provided with appropriate medical attention in coordination with EKFC medical facility and company doctor.
vPrepare work schedule plan, organize and supervise the work of housing assistants to manage leave and absence to ensure 24 x 7 coverage of the camp.
vAssess purchase requirement of any non-food item, prepare requisition and seek approval from the Senior Human Resources Manager.
vEnsuring employee welfare by proposing and organising programs, social get together and festivals post management approval.
vResponsible for implementing safe working practices and procedures in accordance with EKFC policies.
vComply with and practice EKFC Occupational Health and Safety Policy and procedures.
vApply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 international standards and execute all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
Essential Requirements & Competencies
vDiploma holder in any discipline or equivalent.
vExperience in managing a housing facility or staff accommodation.
vDemonstrated ability to manage staff.
vHigh standards of verbal and written communication in English.
vStrong planning and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
vDemonstrated ability to maintain constructive relationships with others.
vDelivers effective, well-structured written/ spoken communication, with impact and energy.
vHigh level of commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability to change.
vSupports creativity and innovation by showing commitment to agreed initiatives
