EHS Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic EHS team.
This role is crucial in supporting and monitoring the implementation of various projects and providing regular updates to management.
Your assignments

• Support and monitor the implementation of projects across different Production units, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines
• Report project progress using different systems, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of time and costs
• Analyze KPIs by reporting units, focusing on EU Taxonomy, CSRD, and ESG criteria
• Assist in organizing and setting up meetings, ensuring efficient coordination and communication within the team
• Act as a super-user and first point of contact for intranet, SharePoint, and e-learning content with an emphasis on EHS and OHS
• Conceptualize, maintain, and update the intranet presence, including developing educational content, educational films, and presentations on complex topics in collaboration with the EHS management team
• Support the implementation and control of international audits related to occupational and environmental safety

Your profile

• Possession of a technical qualification
• Background in Business Administration with controlling knowledge being an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office and graphic design
• Experience working in project organizations
• Strong flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and capability to work independently
• Assertive with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Skilled in mediation and moderation
• Excellent English skills
