Responsibilities:
The successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team who are responsible for breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment to ensure maximum equipment availability across out plant.
You will be responsible for:
- Timely completion of electrical and instrumentation equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
- Undertake installation of new electrical/ instrumentation equipment under Permit to Work orders
- Contribute to the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System
- Ensure on-the-job safety procedures and associated requirements are adhered to
- Monitor on-the-job work tasks and assist maintainers to resolve any associated issues
- Assisting the supervisor with the setting up and review of planned daily tasks, including organising; equipment and tools and sourcing any technical information that may be required
