Description:

This position is based at our Luxembourg headquarters and requires regular office presence. The EIB offers you the opportunity to live and work in a truly international and multi-cultural environment.
The EIB, the European Union’s bank, is seeking to recruit for its Human Resources Directorate (HR) - Talent & Culture Department (T&C) - Talent Acquisition Strategy Division (TAS) - Early Careers & Employer Branding Unit, at its headquarters in Luxembourg: TRAINEE
Duration: 5 months (fixed start date: 01st October 2024)

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

  • Final year of studies or University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related subject.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts is an
  • Good knowledge of analysis, visualisation and reporting, as well as the ability to present data in meaningful and engaging ways.
  • Excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluency in English, good knowledge of French would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

The key focus of the trainee’s responsibilities will be to actively contribute on the building of a strong employer brand and early careers initiatives that resonate with prospective employees. This will include among others:

  • Research, analysis and data:

i) on relevant studies and top universities related to the current and future recruitment challenges

ii) on relevant career fairs related to the current and future recruitment challenges that will be used to better target our employer branding initiatives

  • Support on social media management, including assistance in the creation of engaging content, content scheduling, and response to inquiries
  • Support on employer branding events, including logistics and procurement activities
  • Support on traineeship, in particular on satisfaction survey.
