JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Analyst will support the internal document management team to define functional requirements on evolutions of the OpenText Content Server (internally called GED) mainly in relation to document management.Provide guidance to the front-end application owners on record management related aspects for inclusion in the project requirements.

  • Contribute to align GED requirements for paper and electronic the record management processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate project planning liaising with the teams within Corporate Services with a view to guarantee delivery within the stipulated timeline and to the expected level of quality.
  • Document each project’s document management requirement specifications, working in close collaboration with the Central Archive Service and other teams involved, the project owner and the solution provider as required by the PM² methodology.
  • Devise and negotiate technical or task management related solutions for specific project issues with the appropriate stakeholders.
