    The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing role of Systems Accountant at the EL 1 level in the Finance Section of the Corporate Branch.
    The Systems Accountant is the custodian of the cloud based finance systems for the Library. The position work direct to the Chief Financial Officer and works closely with the vendors of the financial system TechnologyOne and other systems consultants in ensuring that the systems is operating effectively.
    The Systems Accountant works independently and liaises with the Library Executive and users of the financial system to address any systems issues that may arise and ensure the system is available to the Library employees to support financial management activities of the organisation.

To succeed in the role, you will require:

  • qualification and equivalent experience in systems and accounting
