EL1 Assistant Director - Hypercare, 12 month contract, $602.55 per day, ASAP start

About the Opportunity
This role is a 12 month contract based opportunity with a high chance of renewal. A flexible, hybrid work environment ensures a great work-life balance - this is a Geelong based position and requires some time spent in office. This is a full time position open to Australian Citizens only.
About the Team
The Hypercare Team support the national rollout of the agency CRM. In addition, the team provide hypercare support for each major and BAU production release of the CRM.
Responsibilities of the Role

Some of the requirements of the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Interpreting complex data and developing reports and documentation detailing complex issues for senior leaders and the team.
  • Setting up Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) and leading complex collaboration meetings involving large groups of stakeholders, keeping stakeholders informed and drawing them towards solutions.
  • Undertaking performance assessments and supporting the leadership team with performance management of their teams.
  • Developing Jira queries, or others via MS Tools, to support issues investigation.

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship (required)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Jira
