JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an exciting opportunity with our Federal Government client, for an Assistant Director - Clinical Advice and Design in Brisbane CBD.
The EL1 Assistant Director Clinical Advice and Design is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes within the research and evaluations functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Planning and conducting workshops and other events with key stakeholders both internal and external.
• Using co-design methods that support the development of clinical and non-clinical assessments and health surveys.
• Developing and implementing stakeholder communication plans that support co design and engagement activities.
• Writing clear concise reports that communicate research findings, conclusions and implications for policy and service design.
• Providing evidence-informed advice for developing and reviewing policy and guidance materials.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE:

• Experience in the development or administration of clinical assessments.
• Experience managing large scale research programs.
• Qualitative research experience, including with people who have disability.
• Health or disability sector stakeholder engagement experience.
• Health professional qualification may be advantageous.
• Must also be an Australian Citizen
