The Federal Government Organisation is seeking an EL1 Program Manager to join their team for a 12-month period with an extension. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving high-level programs, fostering collaboration, and ensuring strategic alignment.

YOUR NEW ROLE

As our Program Support Lead, you’ll lead teams, manage diverse tasks, and ensure compliance with legislation. Your ability to foster relationships both within and outside the agency will be crucial. Your role includes but not limited to:

• Ensure compliance with legislation, financial, and administrative frameworks.
• Oversee project outcomes with finesse.
• Handle diverse tasks across various team sizes and skill sets.
• Champion safety protocols.
• Coordinate projects that impact strategic objectives.
• Make insightful decisions for work plans.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities, address concerns, and align agency objectives.
