JOB SUMMARY

  • The E-Learning Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance and maximum utilization of the Avera Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
  • This position partners closely with the Human Resources Solutions team and the LMS vendor to deliver education through this online platform both accurately and timely.
  • The e-Learning Administrator also provides education to Avera leaders in regard to the LMS’s functionality and utilization of LMS features to ensure staff completion of assigned education.
  • This position supports the strategy and priorities of the Human Resources Talent Development Team.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in learning management software administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel is required.
