Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Related degree or diploma preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to learn and develop training on new information systems.
  • Experience working with the delivery of Information Technology training and/or within an Information Technology department will be an advantage.
  • Experience with staff development and/or human resources management.
  • Adept knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Knowledge of trends in computer technology relating to software.
  • Experience with building and maintaining course and participant databases, maintaining and coordinating instructor and student schedules etc.
    Successful candidate must provide a Class 5 driver’s license, Criminal Record Check and University or College Transcripts to Human Resources prior to commencement.
    This position is covered under the Collective Agreement between Northern Lakes College and the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees.

Work Conditions:

  • Occasional travel between College Campuses will be required.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Occasional lifting and transporting of objects, such as computers, presentation equipment and peripherals.
