BSV Recruitment are working with an established Building Services consultancy with an excellent time-proven international reputation. They have offices across two continents with projects both in the UK, Northern Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Our client has a blend of proven, experienced engineers who have a desire for creating environmentally sound designs that have to meet the bespoke requirements of some of the world’s leading architects.
Their mission is to re-work the Building Services design service experience which is then fully embraced by their clients.
The Role
The success of this Building Services consultancy business has led to managed organic expansion and this Electrical Associate Director role has been recently created through succession planning for an impending retirement.
Associate or Associate Designate Electrical engineer – this is a strategic role for our client and is a permanent role for an Electrical Building Services engineer who can demonstrate Electrical engineering to a Chartered or Chartered elect standard.
You will be required to utilise your leadership skills to motivate teams to achieve their objectives. Focussed on adding value to people’s lives and business endeavours to make a difference where it counts, building solid relationships at every level
You will be client facing and be able to install confidence across the Design team, you will also have excellent standards of engineering and presentation. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate Electrical Building services knowledge that will include national and international projects including commercial, hotels & residential sectors.
This role requires an engineer who has vision and strong ideas to assist with the development of the business and to mould the team. The ideal engineer will possess first-class analytical skills, dedicated to maintaining high quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree and/or Master’s degree qualification in an Electrical Engineering Discipline
Chartered or working towards Chartership status
