Description:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ELECTRICAL COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR FOR OUR CUSTOMER’S PROJECT IN SWEDEN. THE ASSIGNMENT WILL START IN AUGUST 2024 AND TAKE APPROXIMATELY UNTIL JUNE 2025. FOR THIS POSITION, SWEDISH LANGUAGE SKILLS IS REQUIRED. NOW, THE POSITION IS FILLED AS SOON AS THE RIGHT PERSON IS FOUND.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Planning and supervision of commissioning related to renewal of powerplant electrical and control systems
- Preparation of commissioning program for electrical and control system
- Preparation of schedule for site activities during powerplant outage
- Supervision of electrical and control commissioning, testing and handing over
- Monitoring technical drawings and specifications
- Preparing commissioning documents
- Ensure that safe working practices are followed
- Reporting to project manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree either electrical or automation engineering
- Strong experience and knowledge of site activities such as installation and commissioning
- Experience of powerplants or industrial facilities
- Experience in hydropower is an advantage
- Good cooperation and communication skills
- Independent way of working and ability to develop your work and processes is required
- Active and flexible work attitude
- Fluently Swedish language skills is required
- Finnish and English language skills are an advantage
