ELECTRICAL CONTROL AND INSTRUMENTAL ENGINEER

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Warrington – 3 days on site per week
Job type: Full time contract – outside IR35
Rate: £50-£55 p/hour

Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

EC&I Engineers are needed to support a major nuclear project in Cheshire. The project is in the concept stage and will run to construction and commissioning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Apply engineering domain knowledge to produce technical solutions and documentation in support of assigned task and project.
  • Produce, review, verify outputs including calculations, analyses, technical reports, technical specifications, and method statements.
  • Ensure appropriate review, verification and approval is undertaken on work performed.
  • Plan, deliver and monitor assigned tasks and projects, ensuring requirements are delivered to time, quality and cost.
  • Provide support to the Principal Engineer for the planning, control and delivery of tasks and projects Make engineering decisions within own sphere of responsibility and delegated authority.
