    Conduct research, design, develop, test, and troubleshoot customized communication systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, design, prototype, and prepare custom communication electronics for production.
  • Explore new RF electrical hardware through experimentation.
  • Investigate and experiment with emerging technologies.
  • Develop technical specifications and test plans.
  • Collaborate with technical authors to create operational documentation.
  • Engage in team and individual problem-solving activities.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a BS/MS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • Proficient in using the Smith Chart.
  • Possess over 4 years of hands-on experience in hardware development.
  • Strong foundation in electronic mathematics and computer modeling.
  • Familiarity with circuit boards, semiconductors, and measurement equipment.
  • Ability to generate technical design documentation.
  • Effective communication skills for task delegation and agenda setting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail across all work aspects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a willingness to acquire new skills.

Working hours: 7:00am-3:30p
