Electrical Design Manager (LTA) - Project / Site Visit / wm

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum degree in engineering or equivalent, and above.
• Preferably with at least 5 to 8 years of working experience in the construction industry or working with LTA projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage project timelines and budgets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiar with construction worksite safety practices.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with various stakeholders.
• 5.5 working days.

• Responsible for the project’s electrical system specifications, design submission, shop drawings, and details.
• Review the project’s requirements to develop design calculations for the electrical and/or power supply systems.
• Work with relevant departments to develop effective designs and solutions.
• Ensure that all installations, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment conform to standards, safety, timelines, and budgets.
• Report any abnormalities in electrical or power systems that will impact the project and conduct investigations immediately.
• Ensure all paperwork is submitted on time and follows the project specifications.
• Monitor the project progress and attend any technical discussions and meetings with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, stakeholders, and vendors to provide regular updates.
• Ensure all work activities are carried out and that all applicable regulations and standards are met.
