Job Description: Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Adelaide, Australia
Experience: 2-5 years
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in electrical design for building services
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Knowledge of Australian electrical codes and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Design Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential and Healthcare.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designing electrical systems for building projects, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems
- Performing calculations and simulations to ensure the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems
- Coordinating with other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems into overall building designs
- Preparing technical drawings, specifications, and reports
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
- Assisting in the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates
