Electrical Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Contribute to IT projects in the Green Technology industry for Antaes clients
• Support technical development of electrical, instrument, and control systems
• Evaluate power demand optimization methods to promote electrification of seafaring vessels
• Collaborate with OEMs for technical evaluations and adoption of marine products
• Provide technical support on electrical engineering matters including power distribution and energy storage
• Collect operational data and develop tools for analytics on usage and efficiency
• Propose energy management solutions and utilize analytical tools for optimization
• Collaborate with academic and research institutes on technology development
• Assist in troubleshooting and provide technical support during construction and operations, updating knowledge with emerging technologies
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Control System Engineering or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience with Electrical Engineering and System Design
• Knowledge in PLC Programming Language and AutoCad
• Working experience with battery and automation
• Good experience working with industrial communication protocols
• Hands on experience with switchboard designing, inspection, commissioning and troubleshooting
