Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies: Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and prioritise projects, ensuring optimal long-term asset management and electrical safety standards.
- Manage electrical assets and risk: Oversee the life cycle of electrical assets, develop risk management plans, and lead fault-finding investigations to maintain plant reliability and performance.
- Provide project management support: Offer expertise and guidance for major electrical works, ensuring successful project execution and compliance with industry standards.
- Support site management: Assist with strategic direction and maintenance planning
- Foster stakeholder relationships: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers, mentor graduate engineers, and stay updated on industry development
