Responsibilities:

  • Issue project specific documents for inquiry and purchasing of transformer, rectifier, and low voltage systems:
  • LV/MV Single line diagram
  • Data sheet (Transformer/Rectifier/Switchboard/motor/heater etc.)
  • Electrical Requisition and associated documents (procedure/protocol etc…)
  • Cable calculation, cable list and cable routing
  • load list and load flow study
  • Electrical control cabinet for instrumentation, PLC hardware and LV distribution wiring diagram
  • Earthing and grounding design
  • Analyze supplier’s offers:
  • Issue TBE (Technical Bid evaluation) of different suppliers
  • Participate to CBE (Commercial Bid Evaluation)
  • Review and engage in technical discussions with customers and suppliers
  • Identify and define accessories for cooling, control, and protection of transformers, converters, harmonic filters, compensation banks, and electrolyser stacks
  • Visit to supplier’s production site for quality approvals, project progress, non-conformities, FAT and SAT
