THE MISSION

The mission of the company is to secure market leadership through sustainable and user-centric innovations in light construction equipment and related service offerings. The company is currently accelerating investments in its product development organization in Jonsered and is seeking an electrical engineer for the R&D headquarters located there. The electrical systems in their machines cover a broad range, incorporating electrical motors, control units, hydraulics, combustion engines, and embedded systems in various combinations.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or YH electrical engineer/technician preferably in combination with work experience as an electrician / industrial electrician.
• Experience in engineering of electrical systems including cables and connectors, VFDs, motors, switches, converters, actuators, batteries, electronics, and software.
• Understanding of electrical regulations and standards.
• Experience of Eplan or similar electric CAD software.
• We also believe you are curious, self-motivated, creative and an innovative team player. That you’d like to develop your technical skills and grow with your role in the company.
• You enjoy to work both structured an analytical as well as practical in the machine building workshop.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
• You have an interest in, or are curious about, construction in general and concrete in particular.

• Electrical engineering deliveries through all phases of the product´s lifecycle, i.e. pre development, product development, maintenance and elimination.
• Electrical system concepts and final design.
• Development of electric circuit diagrams, Bill of Materials and other product definitions including their releases.
• Specification (SRS) of systems, subsystems and components.
• Specifications intended for outsourced subsystem deliveries e.g. mainboards, motors, etc.
• Assembly and verification of prototype systems and components.
• Defining test specifications for electrical systems, subsystems, and components.
