We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Leader to join our growing Calgary office. We are looking for a leader to support leading our electrical teams in Canada, act as a stamping authority over certain projects, and work directly with clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s in electrical engineering
  • 12+ years’ industry recognized experience with experience designing healthcare facilities or data centers is preferred
  • P.Eng from APEGA
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Established client network in the Canadian market with public and private sector clients and potential team partners
  • Knowledge of Canadian CSA and CNBC design standards

    Hiring Range: The good faith base salary hiring range for this job performed in Calgary is $130,000 – $160,000. Benefits are not included in the base salary range. Summary of benefits are included in this posting with details provided to applicants at the time of interview. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Calgary will differ.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide additional leadership and stamping authority to the Electrical Team in Canada, and support our existing projects and team across the region. Provide technical mentoring to the current team by sharing technical knowledge and standard methodologies in electrical design.
  • Business Development in the Data Center or Healthcare markets. Develop relationships with new key clients and collaborators. Contribute and collaborate in RFQ and RFP responses to bring future work in the pipeline.
  • Act as senior electrical team lead which will include building the electrical team by recruiting the required new members.
