Description:
SKILLS /REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience or professional training).
- Proven experience in quotation calculation in the field of HV Tendering (including high and medium voltage).
- Confident use of calculation software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Efficient communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and good time management.
- Knowledge of construction and installation contracts and relevant regulations.
- Familiarity with electrical engineering standards and guidelines.
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent German and very good English skills.

Responsibilities:
YOUR TASKS:
- Tendering for projects for the grid connection of large wind and solar parks as well as battery storage systems.
- Working closely with project managers, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate and up-to-date information regarding the scope of the project.
- Requesting and comparing current market quotations for all major equipment.
- Produce measures and counts for equipment take offs.
- Review project descriptions, specifications and drawings to understand the scope of work, exact project requirements and delivery limits.
- Regularly liaise with senior management and support junior team members.
- Responsible for the preparation and presentation of regular reports.
- Monitoring project progress and comparing actual costs to estimated costs.
- Ensure up-to-date industry knowledge and industry trends and on new materials, construction methods and regulations that may impact cost estimates.
