Job Description
Due to the continued growth of our team in Germany, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage all site elements of assigned projects for King & Moffatt, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.
This role reports to the Project/Contracts Manager and will involve liaising daily with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, EHSQ Advisors and Subcontractors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor or similar role
  • Fully Qualified Electrician – Qualified QC Tester
  • People management experience
  • Project Management experience beneficial
  • Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to do some travel if/when required

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
  • Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
  • Map out weekly look heads and planning.
  • On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour.
  • Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
  • Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Execution of commissioning and closeout plan.
  • Ensure close out of snag lists.
  • Deliver on labour tracker.
  • Manage relevant external correspondence.
  • Order all day-to-day site materials.
  • Update appropriate information to progress report.
  • Maintaining K&M Document Management System.
  • Manage project-specific scheduling.
  • Communicate changes to the Project team.
  • Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.
